Job Description

Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Act as a key point of liaison for clients throughout the onboarding process and proactively address their inquiries regarding fund details, account structures, etc.
Collaborate closely with AML/KYC team to ensure thorough due diligence is conducted on all new clients.
Review and verify client documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Ensure all client records are accurately maintained and updated.
Identify and escalate any potential compliance risks to the relevant teams.
Assist in the development and implementation of onboarding procedures.
Prepare detailed reports on onboarding activities for internal stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor degree in relevant field
Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products would be good
Proficiency in handling client documentation and regulatory requirements
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
