Job Description - Client Service Manager (12 Months Contract)

Your new company

You will be joining a leading global financial services firm with a strong international presence. The organization is known for its high-performance culture, strong governance, and commitment to delivering quality client solutions. Your new role
You will be part of the Client Servicing and Operations team, supporting clients and internal stakeholders across the full transaction lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with internal business units to ensure client documentation complies with policies and procedures.
  • Handle client queries and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Process client orders and support client relationship handling.
  • Perform trade booking and settlement activities.
  • Investigate and resolve settlement and funding issues.
  • Follow up on margin calls and manage collateral-related matters.
  • Maintain accurate transactional documentation (e.g. suitability and eligibility checks).
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and compliance requirements.
  • Support administrative tasks such as expense claims, travel arrangements, and documentation handling.


What you'll need to succeed
  • Diploma Holders/University graduates with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant financial services experience, preferably in relation to frontline client service.
  • Strong knowledge in Private Banking investment products. Eg, FX, Equities, Fixed Income, derivatives.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with a diverse client base and liaise with regional stakeholders.
  • Possesses CACS Paper 1 & 2.
