Job Description - Client Service Manager (SG_Bahasa)

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients,
    handling inquiries, documentation, and order execution while ensuring
    compliance.

  • Manage trade booking, settlements, margin calls,
    and resolve collateral/funding issues.

  • Maintain strict adherence to policies and handle
    administrative tasks (travel, expenses, marketing materials).



Requirements

  • Fluent in English + Bahasa/Malay (intermediate)
  • Diploma/Degree with 2-3 years’ financial services
    experience (Private Banking preferred)

  • CACS Papers 1 & 2 certified
  • Strong knowledge of FX, Equities, Fixed Income,
    Derivatives

  • Detail-oriented, thrives under pressure, team
    player

  • Willing to work flexible hours
