Job Description

Provide exceptional support to clients by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Advise clients on trade transactional practices and products.
Coordinate with internal departments to meet client transactional needs efficiently.
Assist in the preparation and processing of client-related documentation.
Maintain compliance with regulatory and company standards in all client interactions.
Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and service delivery processes.
Support the team with administrative tasks and ad hoc transformation projects as required.

The Successful Applicant

A strong understanding of the financial services industry, particularly in the banking and financial services sector.
Experience in automation using Excel.
Proficiency in managing client relationships with professionalism and care.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
