*Position:* Complex Document Review Officer ( *1yr renewable contract + 1 mth completion bonus* )

We are hiring for a top tier Private Bank.

KEY FEATURES OF THE POSITION

* Review account documents submitted by Relationship Managers (RMs)

* experience in *corporate, legal entity documents* example processing Domiciliary Company with Underlying trust or trust structures

* Review KYC documentation incl. constitutional docs for *structure change* (to be in-line with onboarding team), highlight on docs deficiency, scope including change of Authorised Signatory/ change of Directors/ shareholder/ beneficial owners/ PIC with underlying trust/revocation of trust / change of trusteeship / ownership structure

* Ensure document deficiencies are accurately tracked and escalated as per procedure

* Ensure activities are compliant with relevant regulatory laws and internal policies

* Work with Legal & Compliance and other stakeholders on documentation requirements

* Familiar with CRS, FATCA and QI documentations and annual regulatory reporting
