About Our Client

Our client is a leading global investment firm that manages a range of alternative asset classes. It pioneered the leveraged buyout model and has since grown into a major player in global finance.

Job Description

Assist in implementing and monitoring compliance policies and procedures across the APAC region.
Conduct regular reviews to ensure adherence to local and international regulatory standards.
Prepare and submit compliance reports to senior management and relevant authorities.
Support risk assessments and recommend improvements to mitigate potential compliance risks.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide guidance on regulatory requirements.
Stay updated on regulatory changes and advise on their implications for the organisation.
Provide general support to other areas of APAC Compliance Program if needed.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor degree in relevant field and a strong background in regulatory compliance will be helpful.
Strong knowledge of APAC regulatory frameworks and requirements.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
