What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll support the end‑to‑end processing of Corporate Action events and maintain strong operational controls.

Your responsibilities include:

- Processing Corporate Action events accurately, timely, and consistently based on established procedures and service levels.

- Managing communication with internal and external stakeholders on Corporate Action matters.

- Following operational procedures, control guidelines, and compliance frameworks.

- Investigating and resolving daily reconciliation breaks across accounts.

- Responding to and resolving queries promptly and professionally.

- Supporting process improvements by helping design and implement more efficient workflows.

- Participating in project initiatives and taking on ad hoc tasks as needed.

- Identifying and managing operational risks within daily processes.
