Our client is a Singapore-based specialist finance company focused on providing structured debt solutions globally. The firm combines commercial expertise with developmental objectives to bridge financing gaps in underserved markets.

Job Description

Support the team in operational and strategic planning activities.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for senior management and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Assist in the monitoring and tracking of key performance indicators for the department.
Update marketing collateral and presentation materials with deal and business updates.
Provide administrative support for ad-hoc projects and initiatives within the team.
Identify areas for improvement and suggest actionable solutions to enhance business outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelors degree in relevant field.
Previous experience in banking, financial services, or professional services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint will be advantageous.
A proactive and adaptable mindset to handle dynamic work environments.
