Creative Program Manager

• Lead end to end delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across live action, digital, and animation.

You'll collaborate with regional and EMEA-based teams, partner with creative agencies, and drive measurable business impact through strategic program execution. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across live action, digital, and animation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for partner creative agencies.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.
• Develop project scopes, timelines, and resource plans aligned to go-to-market strategies.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered on brief, on time, and with strong creative and technical execution.
• Proactively identify risks, escalate appropriately, and drive effective solutions.
• Contribute to strategic planning, prioritization, and creative innovation initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative leadership, media, research, planning, and analytics teams.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Account Management within Creative and/or Digital Advertising Agencies.
• Proven track record leading multi-dimensional, integrated advertising campaigns.
• Experience planning and executing large-scale campaigns across live action, digital, and animation.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration experience (media, research, planning, analytics).
• Background in global and regional transcreation.
• This role will require knowledge of the Indonesian media and creative landscape. Bahasa Indonesia Language skills are needed as you'll be speaking with local agency partners in Indonesia, providing marketing campaigns solutions.
