This role is part of the function within our Data & Analytics department, focused on delivering high-quality data services to the organization data platform and decision-making tools for one of the world's leading financial institutions. We are looking for a Data Analyst based in Singapore, covering the APAC time zone, who can take ownership of service delivery and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain deep insights into the data landscape of a global financial organization, from both technical and business perspective. Your new role

• 
  Develop a deep understanding and knowledge on end to end of Investment and Sustainability dataflow and data sets. •
  
• 
  Support Investment platforms project and BAU (business as usual) activities across asset classes and across front office platforms especially on data integrations and data related topics •
  
• 
  Ensure efficiency and operation stability of BAU data processing and workflow management •
  
• 
  Ensure data quality along the data value chain and actively contribute to the extension of the data quality framework •
  
• 
  Lead resolution of data issues, user queries and incidents
  

What you'll need to succeed

• University degree in (Business) Information System, Computer Science with focus on finance / investments/mathematics or equivalent professional experience •
  
• Proficiency in SQL; familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, shell scripts) , Databricks is an added advantage
  
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and technologies •
  
• Passionate individual with broad understanding of financial instruments and asset management business and processes preferred •
  
• Experience in working with or management of service providers is an advantage
