Job Description - Data & Documents Specialist (6 Months contract)

Your new company
A leading organisation in the financial services and wealth management industry, focused on delivering high-quality client services, strong risk controls, and continuous process improvement.

Your new role

  • Support client lifecycle management activities (onboarding, documentation, data updates).

  • Assist with Middle Office operations and project-related initiatives.

  • Ensure client information is accurate and aligned with KYC/AML and regulatory requirements.

  • Work closely with multiple teams to support process improvement and automation efforts.


What you'll need to succeed

  • 1-2 years of experience in banking operations, client lifecycle, or KYC/AML (Fresh grads with banking knowledge are welcome).

  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with documents and data.

  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn in a structured environment.

  • Basic working knowledge of Excel (VBA/Python is a plus but not required).

  • Only Singaporeans.
