About the Role We're seeking a sharp, commercially minded Deal Advisory Specialist to shape high-impact incentive strategies and elevate deal quality across a fast-moving sales organization. In this role, you'll act as a trusted advisor-partnering with sales, finance, and strategy teams to design analytically sound, win-win deals that align client objectives with long-term business growth. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining financial modeling, strategic thinking, and cross-functional influence to guide complex commercial decisions.
What You'll Do Deal Structuring & Financial Analysis
Deeply understand client growth strategies, commercial goals, and incentive requirements
Validate and forecast client volume projections, assessing assumptions for accuracy and feasibility
Build detailed pro forma financial models to assess deal economics and profitability
Design incentive structures that balance client value with internal financial and strategic guardrails
Stakeholder Alignment & Deal Approval
Develop clear, data-backed approval materials, including scenario analysis and commercial rationale
Present proposals to cross-functional partners and leadership, incorporating feedback from finance, legal, and strategy teams
Navigate internal approval processes to secure timely alignment and sign-off
Advisory & Best-Practice Leadership
Review deal proposals and provide structured recommendations to improve financial soundness and strategic fit
Coach and support sales teams on incentive design, deal positioning, and financial fundamentals
Act as a subject-matter expert on incentive programs, staying current on evolving commercial strategies and market trends
What You Bring
5+ years of relevant experience in deal advisory, pricing, commercial strategy, revenue operations, or a related field
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or similar (advanced degree preferred)
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with comfort evaluating complex commercial structures
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
