Job Description - Document & Data Support Analyst (10-month contract)

Your new company: A well-established private banking institution known for its strong international presence and commitment to service excellence.

Your new role

Review and process incoming documents for clients.
Provide Client Advisors with support on document management.
Ensure that the document records correspond with data in the system.
Offer advice and support to Client Advisors when carrying out administrative tasks and managing archive systems.

What you'll need to succeed

A university degree in any discipline, or equivalent relevant practical experience
Detail-oriented and meticulous document handling
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute positively to daily operations
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and staying organised during busy periods.

Good written and verbal communication skills in English to support document management activities
Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Only Singaporeans
