Job Description - Events Administrative Analyst

  • Manage the end-to-end registration process for event participants, including data entry, verification, and confirmation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate participant information.
  • Support reporting and analysis of registration metrics to inform event planning, logistics, and post-event review.
We are seeking an Events Administrative Analyst (Contractor) for a leading global payments company. This role provides operational and administrative support for the company's regional and global events. The role will focus on attendee registration management, travel coordination, and client incentives processes, ensuring smooth execution, accurate documentation, and compliance with organisational policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end registration process for event participants, including data entry, verification, and confirmation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate participant information.
  • Support reporting and analysis of registration metrics to inform event planning, logistics, and post-event review.
  • Coordinate flight bookings, accommodations, and related logistics for event participants.
  • Liaise with travel agencies to ensure timely and accurate arrangements.
  • Track travel schedules, changes, and cancellations, maintaining updated records.
  • Prepare and coordinate incentive documents and contracts with internal teams and clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of incentive transactions
  • Weekly / bi-weekly reports of incentive utilisation

Preferred Qualifications
Education & Experience
  • At least 1-3 years in a administrative/coordination role, preferably in event support or travel coordination
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask, manage priorities, and meet deadlines independently.
  • Reliable, proactive, and adaptable; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication with a collaborative mindset.
