Executive Assistant, Private Bank (Contract)

We are partnering an International Private Bank on a search for an Executive Assistant under the CEO office.

This will be a 8 month contract role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Proactively coordinate and manage dynamic executive calendars across multiple time zones, balancing urgent priorities, shifting business demands, and high-stakes client/board commitments.
2. Serve as a professional liaison for internal and external stakeholders, including global executive committees, board directors, and key regional business heads.
3. Oversee end-to-end bespoke international travel itineraries, visa logistics, ground transport, and executive accommodations with precision.
4. Assist in collating, reviewing, and preparing high-level presentations, briefing packs, meeting agendas, and board documentation; track action items and ensure timely follow-ups across regional teams.
5. Uphold the highest standard of confidentiality and sound judgment when handling sensitive organizational and client matters.

Requirements

1. Minimum 5 years of direct or relevant experience, managing senior executives, private bankers in a banking environment
2. Deep familiarity with corporate etiquette, governance, and operating cadences
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
4. Highly proactive with forward-planning instincts - able to anticipate needs, troubleshoot last-minute calendar conflicts calmly, and multi-task under pressure.
5. Advanced command of MS Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and virtual collaboration platforms (Teams, Zoom).
