A global Management Consulting firm is looking for a Finance Transformation Manager to support one of their clients on a large-scale transformation project.

As Finance Transformation Manager, you will identify, assess and prioritize AI Agent enabled solutions to create an autonomous, insight-driven and value-focused finance function.

Responsibilities:

• Define a Finance & Agentic AI Transformation roadmap assessing current finance processes, data, and systems.
• Lead end-to-end discovery of finance transformation initiatives.
• Design target operating models for AI-enabled finance function.
• Define and track KPIs and value metrics for AI-enabled finance function.
• Design frameworks for monitoring AI agent performance, continuous improvement, and prioritization of enhancements.

The successful candidate will have led AI implementation projects within finance. You will have a strong understanding of finance processes, experience in AI concepts such as GenAI and Agentic AI as well as ERP and other finance systems.
