About the Role We're looking for a detail-driven Financial Analyst to support a high-impact Network Investment function across the APAC region. This role sits at the intersection of finance, engineering, and operations-playing a critical part in ensuring purchase execution, invoice accuracy, and seamless payment workflows for large-scale infrastructure investments. If you enjoy working with data, untangling complex financial processes, and collaborating with global teams, this role offers both scale and ownership.
What You'll Do
Support day-to-day financial execution for network investments, including Purchase Requests (PRs), Purchase Orders (POs), and related activities
Own invoice tracking and reconciliation, ensuring accurate approvals, timely payments, and clean financial records
Partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Billing, Engineering, and external suppliers to resolve invoicing or payment issues
Maintain and enhance financial and contractual data within internal inventory and contract management systems
Identify recurring issues in source-to-pay workflows and drive process improvements and operational efficiencies
Analyze spend, expenses, and trends related to network investments, contributing to reporting and financial insights
What You Bring
4+ years of experience in invoice processing, payments, or financial operations
Strong understanding of PR/PO processes and commercial contract fundamentals
Experience working in a multinational or global environment
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced setting
Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset
Proven ability to analyze business trends and support expense forecasting
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Advanced degree in a financial discipline
Nice to Have
Solid grounding in accounting and economic principles
Familiarity with financial reporting standards and internal controls
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, plus exposure to finance or accounting systems
Program or project management experience
