Our client, the world's leading luxury group, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to drive a strategic leadership hire. This is a 6-month contract with potential for extension.

Requirements

6-8 years of proven HR management experience in Retail, FMCG, Hospitality, or Service industries
Strong expertise in HR operations with hands-on delivery across core processes
Solid track record in talent acquisition and recruitment, driving end-to-end hiring strategies
Skilled in employee relations with ability to manage complex workplace issues effectively
Proficiency in HR analytics and reporting, with knowledge of SuccessFactors as an advantage
Experience in payroll management ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution

As this position needs to be filled as soon as possible, we can only proceed with candidates who are eligible to start working in Singapore without sponsorship.
