Role Summary

A contract HR administrative support role responsible for managing day-to-day human resources functions in the Singapore branch, focusing on comprehensive employee lifecycle management and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full HR administrative support for onboarding, employee file maintenance, offboarding, and transfer processes
• Coordinate hiring activities including job postings, interviews, and pre-employment checks
• Prepare regulatory documentation and reports
• Manage employee insurance registrations and inquiries
• Support Workday system data entry and contract tracking
• Source and coordinate professional development training programs

Reports directly to the Head of Human Resources, Singapore Branch
