Job Description - HRIS Business Analyst - 6 months contract

Your new company
This is a multinational bank.

Your new role

Lead end-to-end analysis, design, and implementation of HRIS enhancements, integrations, and new functionalities specific to banking and finance.
Act as a subject matter expert on HRIS best practices, data security, and regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX, GDPR) for financial institutions.
Support large-scale HRIS implementation, including system migrations, upgrades, and integrations with payroll, benefits, and compliance platforms.

What you'll need to succeed

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 8 years of progressive HRIS experience, with at least 3 years in banking or financial services.
In-depth knowledge of leading HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors) and their application in the financial sector. Workday implementation experience preferred
