Job Description - Human resources interns

Languages: English (French is a plus)
Working Hours: Full-time (42 hours/week)

The International French School (Singapore) is looking for HR Interns to join our Human Resources Department for a 6-month internship starting immediately. We are offering several internship positions.


What You Will Learn and Contribute To


Depending on your profile and interests, your missions may include:


1. Learning & Development (L&D)



  • Participate in the creation and update of the IFS training catalogue for internal and external learning opportunities


  • Improve the training request, validation and follow-up processes


  • Collect and analyze training data to define KPIs and optimize learning outcomes


  • Support partnerships with external training providers and help manage contracts


  • Improve the internal training platform in collaboration with the IT team


  • Prepare training reports, feedback forms and communications



2. Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience



  • Draft clear and engaging job offers tailored to different roles and audiences


  • Source and pre-screen candidates by reviewing applications and conducting pre-interviews


  • Coordinate interviews with HR Partners and Hiring Managers


  • Assist in onboarding new staff and improving the employee integration experience


  • Contribute to IFS’s employer branding (local and international job fairs, social media, partnerships)


  • Support HR in developing employee engagement and retention initiatives



3. HRMS (Human Resources Management System) Implementation



  • Assist with the rollout of the new HRMS (Workday): user training, documentation and communication


  • Support change management activities: organizing training sessions, producing user guides


  • Coordinate internal communication related to HR process changes


  • Help gather feedback and improve user adoption of the new tool



Profile We Are Looking For



  • Currently enrolled in Human Resources, Business, Management or related studies


  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills


  • Proactive, reliable, and a good team player


  • Strong organizational skills, attention to details, and ability to manage confidential information


  • Comfortable with Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)


  • Curious, willing to learn, and eager to contribute to impactful HR projects








  • French fluency is a plus.

  • Working time: 42 hours/week

Missions proposées selon le poste


1. Formation et développement des compétences



  • Participer à la structuration du catalogue de formation 2025-2026


  • Améliorer les processus de demandes, validation et suivi des formations


  • Collecter et analyser les données pour établir des indicateurs de performance (KPI)


  • Suivre les prestataires de formation et gérer les contrats


  • Collaborer avec l’équipe IT pour améliorer la plateforme de formation en ligne


  • Préparer des rapports, outils de suivi et supports de communication



2. Recrutement et expérience collaborateur



  • Rédiger et diffuser des offres d’emploi attractives


  • Pré-sélectionner les candidatures et mener des entretiens téléphoniques


  • Coordonner les entretiens avec les RH et les managers


  • Organiser l’intégration des nouveaux arrivants


  • Participer à la stratégie de marque employeur (salons, réseaux professionnels, communication)


  • Contribuer à des projets liés à l’engagement et à la fidélisation des collaborateurs



3. Systèmes RH et projets transverses (Workday)



  • Participer au déploiement d’un nouvel outil RH (Workday)


  • Organiser les actions de formation, créer des supports utilisateurs


  • Assurer la communication autour des changements liés aux processus RH


  • Recueillir les retours utilisateurs et contribuer à l’amélioration continue



Profil recherché



  • Étudiant·e en RH, école de commerce, de management ou dans un cursus similaire


  • Bonnes capacités relationnelles et rédactionnelles


  • Sens de l’organisation, rigueur et respect de la confidentialité


  • À l’aise avec les outils bureautiques (Google Suite, Excel, PowerPoint)


  • Curieux·se, motivé·e et impliqué·e dans son travail


  • La maîtrise du Français est un atout
