About Our Client

Our client is a reputable organisation within the insurance industry, known for its commitment to delivering high-quality services across the sector. With a strong presence in Singapore, the company operates within the banking and financial services department to meet the needs of its clients effectively.

Job Description

Draft, review, and negotiate various insurance contracts, agreements, and endorsements with clients, brokers, and insurance providers.
Analyse contract terms and conditions to identify risks, liabilities, and compliance issues.
Coordinate with internal teams (Legal, Underwriting, Claims, Finance) to ensure contractual terms meet company policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain a centralised database of insurance contracts and related documents.
Support contract renewals, amendments, and cancellations processes.
Liaise with insurance brokers, agents, and external legal counsel as needed.
Monitor compliance with contract terms and flag any deviations or breaches.
Assist and consolidate minutes taking, preparation for board meetings and reporting, etc

The Successful Applicant

Experience working within the insurance or financial services industry will be helpful.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
