Investment Reporting Specialist (6 Months Contract)

Your new company: Join a dynamic Investment Reporting team in Singapore, supporting both the Singapore and Hong Kong Wealth Management businesses. You'll be part of a team that ensures clients receive accurate, high-quality investment performance and risk reporting-work that truly makes an impact.

Your new role

In this role, you'll help keep our investment reporting engine running smoothly. Your work will directly support advisors and clients by ensuring the data they rely on is clean, accurate, and ready for decision-making.

You will:

• 
  Manage monthly reporting cycles, including statement reconciliation and accuracy checks.
  
• 
  Perform data entry and validation based on PDF statements through the bank's in-house systems.
  
• 
  Support advisors and internal teams by handling basic investment data or reporting queries.
  
• 
  Investigate discrepancies and work with teams to resolve data quality issues.
  
• 
  Collaborate with Singapore and Hong Kong teams on reporting requirements and ad-hoc tasks.
  
• 
  Contribute to process improvement by proposing enhancements and streamlining workflows.

What you'll need to succeed

• 
  A solid understanding of investment or financial concepts.
  
• 
  Comfortable working with large datasets; confident with Excel and Copilot.
  
• 
  Fresh graduates with relevant finance/banking internships are welcome.
  
• 
  Fast learner with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  
• 
  A positive, proactive mindset and willingness to pick up new tools and systems.
