Job Description - IT Business Analyst- Contract

Job Description

Work closely with stakeholders to gather, and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications for IT teams.
development and implementation of IT solutions aligned with business
Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure clear communication among teams.
WORK with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Conduct testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Identify and resolve issues or gaps in processes and systems.
Prepare reports and documentation for ongoing projects

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT BA should have:

financial services industry, particularly banking and financial services.
Proven ability to gather and document business requirements effectively.
translating business needs into functional specifications.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies used in business
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment in Singapore.
