Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Own and manage end-to-end environment management across the SDLC, from development through production releases
Maintain multiple test and production environments, including core platforms and connected applications
Coordinate environment support for IT projects, including test execution and regression cycles
Ensure environment stability through health checks, connectivity, data consistency, and integrity controls
Plan, execute, and manage deployments for test and production environments
Communicate environment status, risks, timelines, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders
Collaborate with global teams and change management to deliver controlled, compliant releases

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

At least 6 years of experience with IT Environment Management or equivalent
Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams in a financial services environment
Clear communication, solid organization, and strong problem-solving for short- and long-term solutions
Hands-on experience with technical analysis, planning, and configuration management
Practical knowledge of Linux/Unix, J2EE, and JBoss in enterprise environments
Familiarity with core banking platforms (e.g., T24) and multi-platform databases (MySQL/Oracle)
Experience with Agile/DevOps tools and practices (e.g., Jira, deployment tools like ARA/Octopus)
Understanding of change management, testing practices, and IT service management (ITIL preferred)
