Job Description - IT Manager - 2 years contract

Your new company

This is a multinational financial services firm.

Your new role

Provide technical support for Windows servers and network to ensure maximum uptime.
Manage Infrastructure and Services
Administer security products such as firewall, spam filter, phishing test tool etc
Provide L1 to L3 support for organisation
Proficiency with Windows and Linux

What you'll need to succeed

At least 3-5 years of IT support experience within Financial Institutions/Banks
Experience in Avaya, Cisco, FortiGate, VMware
Experience in network administration such as VLAN setup, switching, routing, DNS etc.
Experience in desktop hardware and software diagnostic, configuration, and support
Diploma/Degree in IT with at least 3 years' experience
Ability to speak English and Mandarin is required to speak to stakeholders in China and Hong Kong.
