Job Description - IT Specialist

Your new company

This is a multinational financial services firm.

Your new role
  • Manage IT fixed assets and accessories (purchase and disposal, maintenance, record keeping, etc.)
  • Handle IT-related reporting, requests and queries
  • Handle staff access to the Branch's systems
  • 1st level help desk support (for desktops, laptops, printers, corporate handphones, internet, etc.)
  • Attend to problems regarding SIRE (IBM AS400 core banking system), SWIFT, etc., open incident tickets to Head Office Helpdesk and follow up.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and service providers

What you'll need to succeed
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in system administration and support, preferably in banking industry, sound knowledge of Singapore IT compliance & regulatory requirements, Drafting policies & Procedures as per the requirement, documentation.
  • Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of network infrastructure such as Switches, Routers, Firewall etc.
