Job Description - ITSM Coordinator (1 year FTC & renewable)

They play a critical role in supporting international banking operations through the development of in-house applications and enterprise-level digital initiatives. With strong regional integration and a forward-looking tech strategy, they continue to enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation across global markets.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Improve ITSM processes across incident, request, problem, and change management
Define and enforce global best practices and ensure consistent documentation and adoption
Lead governance forums and drive effective run operations across teams
Develop, analyse, and report KPIs and production quality metrics
Coordinate major incidents, crisis management, and cross-team communication
Manage business continuity, DR planning, and change governance (CAB, emergency changes)
Drive continuous improvement, maturity assessment, and cross-functional project coordination

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

Degree in IT/Computer Science or related technical field required
At least 2-5 years' experience, including at least 2 years in Run Quality
ITIL Advanced certification with strong understanding of ITSM frameworks
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI/Tableau, JIRA, and Confluence
Knowledge of SQL, Python, and capital markets systems (nice to have)
Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional project management skills
Flexible to support global teams, including occasional weekends and shift coverage
