About the Role:

We are seeking a MS Dynamics 365 Specialist to lead the design and implementation of

scalable integrations of Finance ERP system. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-

on experience in MS Dynamics 365, with focus on Dynamics 365 configuration, data

governance, and compliance controls, working cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting,

Enterprise IT teams to build trusted data flows across Workday Finance and other enterprise

systems, powering real-time insights and compliance automation. Azure skills will be a great

plus, with exposure like DevOps, Logic Apps etc.
 

Key Responsibilities:

● Own and support MS Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations) implementation,

configuration, and ongoing enhancements

● Design and enforce data governance frameworks within Dynamics 365, including data

quality, access control, and auditability

● Implement and maintain compliance controls aligned with internal policies and regulatory

requirements

● Partner with finance and compliance teams to translate business requirements into

system solutions

● Support integrations between Dynamics 365 and upstream/downstream systems (e.g.

Workday Finance, reporting, analytics)

● Document data flows, technical design, governance policies, and test plan.

● Participate in the User Acceptance Test, production cutover and go live support.

● Provide production support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
 

Required Qualifications:

●Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (mandatory)

●Proven experience with Dynamics 365 data governance, auditability and compliance controls

●Solid understanding of finance processes (GL, AP, AR, reporting, controls)

●Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments

●Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

●Willingness to work across multiple time zones.

●Language: Proficiency in English – speaking & writing; Mandarin is great to have
 

Preferred Qualifications
●Experience with Workday Finance (FDM and modules including GL, AP, Expenses, Procurement and Intercompany) will be strongly preferred

●Azure skills will be a great plus, with exposure like DevOps, Logic Apps etc.

●Experience with Asseco ERP accounting module is preferred

●Prior experience supporting regional or multi-country finance systems

●Exposure to internal controls, audit, or risk management frameworks
