Onboarding Analyst (12-month contract)

We are seeking meticulous and driven individuals to join our team, where you will play a key role in supporting client onboarding and regulatory processes while gaining hands-on exposure to banking operations and cross-functional collaboration.

Your new role

• Provide administrative support, including preparing welcome packs, scanning, and document archiving.
• Process Account Change Requests (maker role) accurately and in line with KYC/CIP policies.
• Conduct Periodic Reviews within required procedures and timelines.
• Perform Enhanced Due Diligence for high-risk accounts, including PEP and adverse news screening.
• Manage recurring review cycles
• Liaise with Sales teams and handle daily BAU queries.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education or experience.
• 1-3 years of relevant working experience in the financial services industry.
• Experience in client onboarding, account maintenance/periodic review, or AML/Compliance
