Salary:

My client is a leading global consultancy. We are looking for a Operations Support Engineer to support them on an urgent project with a public sector client on a 2-year contract with the option to extend by another year.

Requirements

Minimum 4-6 years of experience in IT operations or infrastructure support
Hands-on experience supporting IT infrastructure, including servers and Windows/Linux operating systems, as well as cloud operations (Government Commercial Cloud - GCC, AWS is advantageous)
Strong troubleshooting experience in resolving application, infrastructure, and security-related issues; experience within a Singapore government environment is preferred
Familiarity with enterprise IT governance frameworks and the adoption of digital services in large-scale or regulated environments.
Experience working with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools such as Jira and/or ServiceNow.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical audiences
Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking

As this position needs to be filled as soon as possible, we can only proceed with candidates who are eligible to start working within the next month in Singapore without sponsorship.
