Orchestrade Middle Office Functional lead (12 Months Contract)

We are looking for an experiencedOrchestrade Middle Office functional lead to own the functional roadmap and drive the platform across trade capture, lifecycle processing, valuation, operations and downstream integration.

1. Own theOrchestrade functional roadmap and act as the subject-matter expert across front-to-back workflows.
2. Partner with Trading, Operations, Product Control, Risk and Technology to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
3. Lead workshops, requirements gathering, functional design and delivery acrossSIT, UAT, go-live and hypercare .
4. Design and oversee integrations with OMS/EMS, market data, security master, custodians, fund administrators, Risk, Finance and data platforms.
5. Define source-of-truth principles, interface ownership and key operational controls.
6. Supportmarket data, pricing, valuation and P&L workflows, including pricing inputs, snapshots and data quality controls.
7. Lead functional issue resolution and production support, coordinating with specialist and technology teams as required.
8. Manage scope, priorities, risks and stakeholder expectations across complex cross-functional initiatives.

1. 8–15+ years' relevant experience in buy-side technology, middle office, Product Control, trading support or post-trade transformation.
2. Strong hands-onOrchestrade experience in implementation, functional design, production support, valuation/P&L, market data or platform enhancement.
3. Strong understanding ofend-to-end trade lifecycle processes across multiple asset classes.
4. Good knowledge of trade booking, lifecycle events, positions, cash, reconciliations, valuation, market data and reference data.
5. Experience withMurex, Calypso or similar platforms is advantageous.
6. Strong requirements analysis, workshop facilitation, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
7. Product-oriented, pragmatic and comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced investment environment.
