Job Description & Requirements A global technology organization is expanding its Global Information Services function and is looking for a detail-oriented, technically strong PMO Specialist. You will support the PMO Manager in driving governance, reporting, and operational processes across GIS programs. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building structure, ensuring data accuracy, and enabling visibility across large portfolios. You'll work hands-on with enterprise tools such as Planview, Power BI, and Power Apps to support consistent project tracking and reporting.

The Position:
PMO Tooling & Execution

• Manage and configure Planview for project intake, portfolio tracking, resource planning, and financial reporting.
• Build dashboards and analytics using Power BI to increase visibility across initiatives.
• Develop workflow automation or tools using Power Apps .

Portfolio & Project Support

• Assist with portfolio planning, roadmap creation, and consolidation of project data.
• Maintain high data accuracy across all PMO tools and systems.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly governance and status reports.

Process & Governance Development

• Translate PMO frameworks into guides, templates, and operational workflows.
• Support the development and enhancement of processes such as project intake, resource allocation, and status reporting.
• Contribute to improvements in demand management and project tracking.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Partner closely with project managers, IT teams, business stakeholders, and security teams.
• Facilitate meetings, capture documentation, and follow through on action items.
• Provide onboarding or training for teams using PMO tools.

The Candidate:

• 3-7 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, or portfolio operations.
• Strong, hands-on experience with Planview (mandatory).
• Proficiency in Power BI , Power Apps , and other reporting/automation tools.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in IT or GIS-related environments is an advantage
