Job Description

Analyse and optimise portfolio performance to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Lead exit planning and execution across portfolio companies (trade sales, secondary exits, IPOs).
Identify and engage strategic buyers or follow-on investors.
Develop portfolio-level monetisation strategies aligned with fund objectives.
Conduct portfolio performance reviews and valuation assessments.
Oversee transaction structuring, due diligence, and deal negotiation.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and portfolio management teams.
Support strategic reporting to investment committees and LPs.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Portfolio Management professional should have:

Minimum 10 years of experience in Private Equity, Venture Capital, Investment Banking, or Corporate Development
Proven track record of successful exits or M&A deals
Strong expertise in deal structuring, valuations, and portfolio value creation
Background in healthcare, education, or impact investing is an advantage
Excellent stakeholder management and strategic thinking skills
Experience in managing and reporting on investment portfolios.
A degree in finance, business, or a related field.
