Job Description

Serve as a key liaison between internal partners, helping to address outstanding trade queries and escalate issues when required.
Maintain oversight of trade lifecycle activities for credit-linked products, ensuring processes run smoothly from execution to completion.
Investigate and resolve booking discrepancies, working closely with front-office teams to ensure timely corrections.
Build strong subject-matter expertise to support operational improvements and reduce risk exposure.
Work collaboratively with technology teams to refine tools, enhance workflows, and implement process upgrades.
Participate in regulatory and industry changes, adapting processes to meet evolving standards.
Review existing procedures regularly to identify gaps and optimise performance.
Support operational reviews, controls, and periodic internal assessments.

The Successful Applicant

A strong candidate for the Post-Trade Operations role should have:

A Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related discipline.
Relevant experience in financial operations, trade support, or markets-related functions.
Familiarity with credit products or derivatives would be beneficial.
Strong analytical thinking, sound judgment, and excellent attention to detail.
The ability to multitask effectively in a time-sensitive environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative working style.
Confidence using Excel and willingness to learn new systems quickly.
