Business Analyst (Wealth Management)

Job Purpose:

Translate wealth management needs into compliant, efficient, and client-focused digital solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Partner with Relationship Managers to understand high-net-worth client journeys across onboarding, advisory, and portfolio management
2. Map and optimize end-to-end workflows, identifying gaps to improve client experience and operational efficiency
3. Translate business needs into system requirements, including user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
4. Embed regulatory and compliance requirements into processes and systems, ensuring adherence to advisory and suitability standards
5. Collaborate with technology teams to deliver solutions, support UAT, and ensure effective implementation and adoption

Job Requirements:

1. Strong understanding of high-net-worth client servicing
2. Ability to interpret regulatory requirements
3. Experience ensuring advisory processes meet compliance standards
4. Knowledge of investment products (equities, bonds, funds, structured products)
5. Experience mapping end-to-end processes (onboarding → advisory → execution → reporting)
