Job Description

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
Develop and maintain comprehensive product specifications and user stories.
Facilitate workshops to identify and resolve business challenges.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide actionable recommendations.
Support testing and quality assurance activities to validate solutions meet business needs.
Provide regular updates on project progress to stakeholders and management.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Product Business Analyst should have:

University graduate in Business, Finance, IT or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the insurance industry.
Proven experience in business analysis and testing role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in creating detailed documentation, including user stories and process flows.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the financial services sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
