About the Role
We are seeking a vendor-contracted Product Experiences Specialist - a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual who can work cross-functionally to lead, execute, and support product experiences at events.
The team produces experiences and product demos that create product and platform evangelists-bringing consumer hardware and software to market through memorable demos and activations. The goal is to engage individuals and communities to deliver on the promise that technology builds human connections.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain in-office demo spaces
Oversee demo schedules for on-campus support
Act as lead for visiting demo specialists, including briefing, scheduling, and communication
Partner with technical teams to build and optimize demo spaces
Train local employees and agency staff to deliver product demonstrations
Lead trainings and events for demos
Provide recaps and reports within 48 hours of activations
Perform Level 1 troubleshooting of devices and engineer real-time creative solutions during product experience delivery
Production & Event Support
Plan and execute virtual and in-person training sessions with supporting documentation
Manage workstreams on-site and ensure quarterly updates are implemented
Produce and update relevant documentation
Participate in meetings and pre-production planning calls
Set up, troubleshoot, plan, manage, and deliver product experiences to internal and external audiences
Support production shoots and talent direction
Stay current on technical and product knowledge
Coordinate with account teams to stay informed of new releases and features
Curate demo spaces and ensure compliance with EHS guidelines
Manage local inventory, device allocation, and logistics
Handle ad-hoc items required to support demo delivery (stationery, cleaning materials, batteries, etc.)
Work with security teams to manage secure hand-carry of devices
Field Work
Schedule and perform product demonstrations, presenting technical details and answering questions
Collaborate with event managers and facilities to ensure setup meets safety and approval standards
Conduct product overviews, demo training, evaluations, and ongoing coaching
Provide regular feedback to training leads and partner agencies to ensure best-in-class execution
Troubleshoot products and maintain smooth demo delivery
Develop demo guidelines, decks, one-pagers, and creative direction for photo/video shoots
Supply KPI inputs and in-depth feedback to track hardware/software trends
General Admin
Liaise with requesters regarding demo requirements, staffing, and logistics
Support onsite event processes including response times, staffing allocations, and calendar management
Own internal communications, task updates, delivery guides, and metrics
Create and manage detailed demo guides to ensure consistency across regions
Balance time between documentation, meetings, planning, and event support
Collaborate on outreach, relationships, and meetings with app developers to ensure product stories are conveyed accurately
Influence strategic content development through feedback and insights
Minimum Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Experience with G-Suite, MS Office, Keynote, and other presentation tools
Experience working with executives and high-visibility stakeholders
Ability to thrive in varied, fast-moving environments
Cross-functional collaboration experience
Demonstrated ability to deliver product demonstrations to small and large audiences
Customer service and/or brand ambassador background
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with VR, gaming, or smart home technology
Strong interest in emerging tech and consumer hardware/software
Prior experience in a technology company
Events or experiential marketing background
