Job Description - Product Growth Specialist

Deep understanding of the Indonesian digital ecosystem, consumer trends, and mobile technology usage.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required to engage with Indonesian stakeholders and interpret local market data.
Proven track record of influencing cross-functional teams and collaborating with global stakeholders

About the Role: A leading global technology firm is seeking a specialist to drive product growth and local relevance within the Indonesian market. You will serve as the bridge between local user needs and global product development, ensuring digital solutions are optimized for the region's unique landscape.

Key Requirements: Professional Experience: At least 5 years in product management, product marketing, or digital advertising within the internet or technology sector.

Market Expertise: Deep understanding of the Indonesian digital ecosystem, consumer trends, and mobile technology usage.
Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required to engage with Indonesian stakeholders and interpret local market data.
Stakeholder Management: Proven track record of influencing cross-functional teams and collaborating with global stakeholders.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with experience using data to validate market insights.

Responsibilities:

Identify growth opportunities and product gaps specific to the Indonesian market.
Collaborate with engineers, designers, and data scientists to execute localized product improvements.
Communicate market-specific insights through compelling storytelling to secure buy-in from global teams.
Monitor and measure the impact of localized product initiatives.
