Job Description - Product Specialist

Work across multiple high-impact workstreams and support senior stakeholders.

Job Description

Develop and manage financial products to meet client needs and market demands.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product alignment with organisational objectives.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product improvement.
Provide training and support to sales teams to enhance product knowledge and performance.
Monitor product performance and recommend enhancements to optimise results.
Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders on product performance and strategies.
Respond to client inquiries and provide expert advice on financial products.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Product Specialist should have:

University graduate in Business, Finance, IT or related discipline.
Minimum 8 years' relevant product and/or system experience in the life insurance industry.
Strong knowledge of insurance products and the end-to-end product development lifecycle.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in financial services.
A proactive approach to managing tasks and responsibilities.
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
