Job Description - Program Manager

Lead end-to-end program delivery for the APAC network refresh initiative
Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers and other stakeholders across multiple technical domains
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers and escalate early with clear mitigation plans

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead a large-scale network refresh program across APAC, managing the replacement of end-of-life network devices. This is a senior, highly visible role requiring someone who can navigate complex stakeholder environments, drive delivery with urgency, and keep a large program on track across multiple teams and dependencies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end program delivery for the APAC network refresh initiative
Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers and other stakeholders across multiple technical domains
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers and escalate early with clear mitigation plans
Own program planning, lead time management, and dependency tracking across all workstreams
Drive stakeholder alignment across challenging, senior, and cross-functional audiences
Produce clear, concise, and timely executive-level communications and reporting

Must-Have Skills

Proven experience running large, complex programs in fast-paced environments, preferably across APAC
Background in infrastructure or networking with the ability to understand and communicate high-level technical concepts with credibility
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align senior and difficult stakeholders
Excellent written communication skills, particularly executive-level email and reporting
Highly proactive with a strong track record of identifying and managing risks and dependencies ahead of time
Strong planning skills with the ability to manage lead times and keep multiple workstreams on track simultaneously
Executive presence: confident, composed, and credible in senior forums
