Job Description - Project Manager

Oversee the delivery lifecycle of initiatives from planning through execution and follow-up.
Partner with cross-functional teams to support implementation efforts and ensure smooth coordination.
Contribute to planning activities, track progress, and provide updates as needed.

Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned professional to drive the delivery of various technology initiatives within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role involves working across multiple teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions, while supporting the overall execution of key projects.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the delivery lifecycle of initiatives from planning through execution and follow-up.
Partner with cross-functional teams to support implementation efforts and ensure smooth coordination.
Contribute to planning activities, track progress, and provide updates as needed.
Maintain relevant documentation and ensure alignment with internal standards and practices.
Identify potential challenges and support issue resolution in collaboration with stakeholders.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders and assist in managing expectations.

Key Qualifications

Relevant experience in project delivery, business analysis, or similar roles within a financial and technology environment.
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate ideas into actionable outputs.
General understanding of business processes and workflows within a complex organization.
Comfortable working with stakeholders, facilitating discussions, and supporting delivery activities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills across different levels of the organization.
Proactive and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with common tools and methodologies used for project tracking and collaboration.
