Project Manager (AI/ML/Compliance Transformation)

As a Project Manager specializing in data-driven transformation, enterprise Artificial Intelligence /Machine Learning implementation, or compliance technology transformation, you will lead complex initiatives for financial services clients across banking and insurance. You will act as the bridge between business and technology, ensuring successful delivery from strategy through implementation.

1. Lead end-to-end delivery of transformation programmes across data platforms, AI/ML solutions, or compliance technology implementations
2. Define project scope, governance, timelines, and milestones aligned with client objectives
3. Manage project risks, dependencies, and delivery quality across workstreams
4. Act as trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders and facilitate workshops
5. Deliver projects involving data platforms, AI/ML, and compliance technology such as AML, KYC, and regulatory reporting
6. Manage and mentor project teams and coordinate with offshore delivery teams
7. Ensure delivery of business value through KPI tracking and successful implementation

1. 5–10+ years of experience in management consulting or financial services transformation
2. Experience in data transformation, AI/ML implementation, or compliance technology
3. Strong project management experience (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall)
4. Experience in banking domain is a must
5. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
6. Understanding of data architecture, AI lifecycle, or regulatory frameworks
7. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
