Job Description

Lead and manage end-to-end project scope, governance, and delivery outcomes across multiple workstreams.
Identify operational pain points and redesign processes and system workflows
Convert customer feedback, complaints analysis, and journey data into actionable enhancements that improve service quality
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align priorities and resolve obstacles.
Uphold regulatory, risk, and compliance standards across all project activities; maintain comprehensive documentation

The Successful Applicant

Experience in service improvement project management within the financial services industry.
A degree in a relevant field such as business, finance, or project management.
Related project management certifications will be advantageous.
