My client is a leading global consultancy. We are looking for a Quality & Testing Engineer (ServiceNow) to support them on an urgent project with a public sector client on a 12-month contract.

Requirements

4-7 years of quality engineering/testing experience
Strong proficiency in test automation tools such as Playwright, including cross-browser, mobile, and API testing.
Experience with ServiceNow platform testing, particularly CSM module, App Engine applications, workflows, business rules, and client scripts.
Proficiency in API testing (REST/SOAP), integration validation, and authentication testing (OAuth, SAML, API keys).
Familiarity with DevOps/CI-CD pipelines, version control, test environment management, and automated deployment processes.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for collaboration with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
ServiceNow certifications (CSA or Application Developer) are an advantage

As this position needs to be filled as soon as possible, we can only proceed with candidates who are eligible to start working within the next month in Singapore without sponsorship.
