Recruitment Specialist (Campus Recruiter) (Contract Role)

You'll be working with a leading global financial services organisation as part of the APAC Campus Recruiting team based in Singapore. The team focuses on attracting, recruiting, and hiring undergraduate and graduate talent for early-career programmes across the region. You'll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders locally and globally to position the firm as an employer of choice for future talent.

Your new role

As a Campus Recruiter, you will support end-to-end campus and early-career recruitment activities in Singapore.

Key responsibilities include:

• 
  Recruit undergraduate and fresh graduate talent from universities and polytechnics in Singapore.
  
• 
  Support and execute campus recruitment and talent attraction strategies, including a flagship early-career programme.
  
• 
  Manage recruitment across multiple business divisions (e.g. Wealth Management).
  
• 
  Work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders, providing guidance on recruitment processes and timelines.
  
• 
  Collaborate with schools, universities, and external partners to strengthen campus engagement and employer branding.
  
• 
  Provide market insights and share recruitment best practices across regional and global teams.
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• 
  1-3 years of experience in recruitment or recruitment support; campus or early-career hiring experience is an advantage.
  
• 
  Background in banking or financial services preferred (other industries may be considered).
  
• 
  Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• 
  Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  
• 
  A proactive and positive attitude with a strong interest in early-career talent hiring.
  
• 
  Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
