12 months contract with chances of extension/conversion

About Our Client

My client is one of the world's largest alternative investment firm, overseeing assets across private equity, real estate, and other specialized investment strategies.

Job Description

Build, refine, and periodically review compliance frameworks to ensure alignment with applicable laws, regulations, and internal standards.
Manage regulatory-related tasks, including addressing inquiries from regulators and fulfilling licensing obligations.
Develop and deliver training programs focused on internal policies, regulatory expectations, and associated compliance risks.
Oversee the coordination and timely submission of required regulatory filings.
Provide guidance to business teams on policy interpretation, regulatory changes, and compliance-related.
Collaborate regularly with colleagues in the firm's international offices to ensure consistent compliance practices.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's Degree in related field
At-least 5 years of legal & compliance experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
