Job Description

Process renewals accurately and efficiently in line with established procedures.
Secure, review, and validate newly submitted data within contracts.
Partner with global teams to test, adapt, and implement process updates within your region.
Analyze, document, and clearly communicate existing processes to global teams and key stakeholders.
Identify and help eliminate non-selling activities to improve overall sales team productivity.
Collaborate with sales managers and provide reporting support to key stakeholders.
Proactively identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiencies and enable greater focus on value-added activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Operations Analyst should have:

A relevant educational background, preferably in business, finance, or a related field.
Experience in sales operations, data analysis, or a similar role in the Banking & Financial Services industry.
Proficiency in data analysis tools.
