Position Overview:
The project involves implementing a new core banking system, Oracle FLEXCUBE, across APAC branches. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for leading operations development in the Customer Master area under the Common Services domain, supporting rollout and user-side activities.  
                                                                                                              
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Ops Dev team focused on the Customer Master area
  • Support the implementation of Oracle FLEXCUBE in the APAC region
  • Oversee project management tasks for the core banking rollout
  • Handle user-side operations related to Common Services, especially Customer Master
  • Define and plan for business requirements within Common Services

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a banking consulting firm or a bank or as a bank employee or external vendor supporting banks.
  • Experience with core banking package system implementation.
  • In-depth knowledge of Common Services, especially Customer Master, gained through operations or business analysis.
  • Strong background in user-side project implementation (preferably large-scale projects).
  • Experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE, particularly the Party module is a plus.
  • Familiarity with user task planning and execution, including Testing, Migration and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) Training are a plus.
