Senior Consultant (Microsoft Power Apps)

We're looking for a versatile digital product professional who can seamlessly bridge business strategy, user needs, and technical execution. This role combines multiple functions to lead end-to-end product development using Microsoft Power Platform.

What You'll Do:

- Product & Solution Design:

Lead the complete product lifecycle from ideation to launch and adoption. Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics while collaborating with business stakeholders and executives. Conduct user research, design thinking workshops, and create intuitive, accessible user interfaces for Power Apps.

- Requirements & Technical Leadership: Translate business processes into detailed specifications, user stories, and workflow diagrams. Provide technical leadership on Power Platform architecture, including Dataverse data modeling, security design, and integration patterns. Mentor team members and ensure code quality and governance.

- Delivery & Stakeholder Management: Manage cross-functional Agile teams using Scrum and Kanban. Facilitate sprint ceremonies, coordinate user acceptance testing, and drive change management activities including training and communication planning.

- Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Establish analytics frameworks to measure product performance. Iterate based on user feedback and champion responsible AI principles, inclusive design, and accessibility standards. Leverage AI tools like Claude, Copilot, and AI Builder to enhance solutions.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

Experience expected:

- 6–10 years of cross-functional experience in business analysis, UX design, technical leadership, and product management within enterprise application delivery.

Technical Skills Required:

- Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI)

- Integration & Architecture (Microsoft 365, REST APIs, Azure services)

- Design Tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visio)

- Development & DevOps (Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing)

- AI & Productivity Tools (Claude, Copilot, AI Builder, Azure OpenAI)

Required/Preferred Certifications:

- Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900) ✓

- Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL-200) or Developer (PL-400) ✓

- Product Management Certification (Pragmatic Institute, Product School, or Certified Scrum Product Owner)

- UX/UI Design Certification (Nielsen Norman Group or Interaction Design Foundation)

- Agile/Scrum Certification (Certified Scrum Master, SAFe, or Agile Certified Practitioner)

- ITIL Foundation (advantageous for service management understanding)
